The SenEmpower project is developing, testing and establishing innovative training offers, which enhance the capabilities and potentials of seniors to take part in community life as active citizens. It builds on work outlined by the Isolation to Inclusion project in which Local and Regional Action Plans for the re-integration of isolated old people into community life were set up.
